At SKA-SHIFRA Behavioral Health Group Home, we understand that behavioral health is an integral part of overall health and wellness. Our facility provides a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for individuals experiencing mental or behavioral health challenges. We utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions to support residents in developing the skills and tools necessary to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
Our treatment plan covers the following:
- Diagnosis of the resident’s condition
- Treatment goals
- Treatment methods
- Frequency of each treatment
- Treatment outcome
- Method and frequency of communication of client progress
Each resident is provided with a treatment plan tailored to their needs and condition, which may include any or all of the following services:
- 1/1 Counseling teaching skills
- Computer assistance
- Transportations to doctor’s appointments
- Group therapy counseling and individual counseling
- Substance abuse meeting
- NA/AA meetings, 12 steps, and relapse prevention
- Assist resident in administering medications and educating the resident on meds
- Job preparation and resume assistance
- Encourage residents on hygiene (ADL)
