Minimum Qualifications
- 21 years old and up
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.

Caregiver
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old
- Caregiver certificate; A high school diploma or school equivalency diploma (GED) and 18 credit hours of post-high school education in a field related to behavioral health and two years of full-time behavioral health and Caregiver experience.

Behavioral Health Paraprofessional (BHPP)
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old
- A high school diploma or school equivalency diploma (GED); willing to obtain behavioral health supervision by the Clinical Supervisor; personal care/ADLs and assistance in the self-administration of medication services to residents of this agency.

Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) or Caregivers
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old
- An associate’s degree and at least two years of full-time behavioral health and Personal Care work experience; or
- A high school diploma or school equivalency diploma (GED) and 18 credit hours of post-high school education in a field related to behavioral health and at least four years of behavioral health and Caregiver work experience; leadership skills are also required by the Assistant Administrator.

Dietitian
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science; as needed consults, with Registered Dietitian, license accredited by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics
- Works in collaboration with the Assistant Administrator to provide interventions for residents with special nutritional needs and preparation of safe and healthy meals for the residents.
